Ability to pull a Report to see who is enrolled in a specific course

We would like the ability to pull a report to see all users, with or without usage, that are enrolled in a course. We used to email users when a new version of a course was released, for upcoming debut events, relevant webinars, etc.

At this time we can only see users who have done any usage in a course, but that is only a part of the student population. We would like this report to capture the entire audience and possibly spur some excitement to get non-users to reengage with the course/platform.
