Add course length on training course completion certificates
To get CPEs/CEUs for industry certifications like CompTIA and ISC2, need course length on the training course completion certificates not just the award date (completion date).
Introduce the trainers
Lots of knowledge in the courses, I can tell. But who are they? What credentials do they have? Perhaps a page on the website with who’s who.
Need Deep Dives
Many classes do a pretty good job of giving instruction on a broad topic, but I find that the information is gone over quickly without much depth. There needs to be more deep dive topics. For example, I am an Azure administrator, and a deep dive into all the ins-and-outs of an Azure Firewall would help me more rather than mentioning the firewall in a broader scope and then my having to do more and more research to find the information needed to actually use the product.
NIST 800-53 course
Looking for a way to understand the implementation and certification of organizations to NIST 800-53. The federal government requires this certification when using federal resouces.
Continuing previous training content
Is it just me? sometimes when I am unable to continue a training video and terminate my session mid way, looks like I cannot continue from where I left off. Fast forwarding to the exact time works, however when I do, looks like the chapter does not get marked as completed when I complete the video (looks like I am required to watch the entire video session in one sitting to be marked as complete)
Ability to manage users & license assignment across diff. Groups
looks like we do not have the ability to move licenses ourselves between groups - would be good to be self sufficient without needing to contact support
Ability to see Contract, billing and other Info
Please add the ability to see the billing period and contract related info in the Admin area. It would be nice to see cost per license, period of performance at the very least.
Courses that would be helpful
Below are some courses that would be very useful: Cross-platform UI development. This would cover Avalonia UI, XAML, MVVM in .NET. Linux development course that covers, Cloud, Containers, Enterprise servers, and AI infrastructure. REST APIs with ASP.NET Core, Docker, and Containers. PostgreSQL MongoDB Security - securing applications and databases to meet DISA STIGS and HIPAA compliance would be useful. An introductory course on Linus Administration and basic use would be useful. There will soon be a great demand for training. As Microsoft increasingly sidelines Windows for AI, courses that help organizations migrate from Windows to Linux, Mac OS, etc. would be a godsend.

Change Up Format/Personal
I have completed 3 training classes. They all have been the same format with the same person instructing. The number one gripe about training is that it is boring. The content has been good so far but we need to keep the user stimulated.
Putting more focus on performance based questions
Yesterday I passed my Security+ exam with a 770 score. Not the best but it got the job done! I skipped through the first 5 PBQ’s and answered the multiple choice questions first. One of the PBQ’s was on the Linux command line with two tabs for the CRM & Web Server, It asked for you to look into two log dumps for malicious activity and then asked you to mitigate and remove the bad files. I completely skipped this question!
Would be nice to have some different visual options
There is already a post related to this but it would be nice to have different options for how the tab looks. I use dark mode as my browser default so switching to the Stormwind tab after a while of not being on it, or for the first time in a day, hurts my eyes a bit and causes quiet a bit of strain over time. If more than one option would help this request gain traction here are a few ideas: Dark Mode (pretty obvious choice) Light mode (the current option) the green layout that this page has is very sleek and appealing some sort of cyan magenta and dark grey is very tech/cyberpunk you could add a warm option where the screen has a slight yellow/orange tint to ease up on the blue light sensitive people a simplistic grey would work fine you get the gist by now I’m sure. The main point is that when the screen is a majority stark white it makes me less invested in looking at the screen and thus the course. Maybe this is a personal gripe and I am just to hateful towards day mode as the only option, but I hope not. Thank you for reading this far :)

Coding classes should include an initial project start shell
Coding classes should include an initial project start shell. When going lesson to lesson, the instructor for “Learn C# with Windows Forms and a Variety of Projects” kind of jumps into the next thing and there isn’t enough reference without typing the code along with the instructor. I would be cool if there were at least a link to get the starting portion for each lesson. Ideally, and completed too, but the start point for sure.

I would like to see a .NET 10 course in regards to C# and Visual Studio. I want to learn some modern code for making API’s for places like the IRS IRIS platform. They still use SOAP instead of REST, but learning how to create an app that assists creating our data to match a specific XML format and sets up A2A connections with any proper token and certificate via SOAP and REST would be very interesting.
