Learning Path Creation - Add courses in bulk, errors in red.

Bulk Add Courses and Skill Assessments:
Soon, users will be able to select multiple courses or skill assessments at once and add them in bulk. This will streamline the process and save time compared to the current one-at-a-time selection method.

Error Feedback for Missing Fields:
We’re introducing a red error UI to guide users when required fields are left blank. This will help ensure all necessary information is filled in before the Learning Path is created.
