Implement new UI for tags, eg. Skills assessments

We’re working on improving how tags for Skills Assessments, Learning Paths, and more.

Currently, these tags appear in front of the thumbnail, which can sometimes go unnoticed and doesn’t fully meet accessibility standards. With the upcoming changes, tags will be more visible, user-friendly, and aligned with accessibility guidelines.
