Account Level Report

Add the ability to pull a report/data based on a Sales Rep.

We tie a sales reps email address to all top level Accounts. At times a sales rep leaves StormWind or an Account is moved from one rep to another. When this occurs there is no way for the StormWind Support teams to be able to pull a report to see what Accounts in Spectre need to be updated.
