Adding new course category - Bytes

For microlearning courses, we are introducing a new tag to highlight Bytes courses. This tag will be available under the "Content Type" filter in the "Browse Courses" section.

The UI will automatically display this tag across all courses marked as "Bytes" in the backend and will also appear in My Classroom.
