Admin ability to DELETE & EDIT user details

Give admin’s controlled access to delete users who are no longer at their organization (vs. marking them inactive).

Give admins the ability to edit user details (first name, last name, email) after initial user creation. (Avoids duplicate student accounts and less support tickets.)
