Allow Managers to access detailed scores for Skills assessments

Managers can now see detailed Skills Assessment results.
In addition to viewing scores, they’ll be able to see which questions each student got right or wrong.

This info is available from:

• Student Details in the Admin page
• Skills Assessments Data button in the Admin page
