Allow SW Support and team to update Group names

Clients at times either have a name change because of their org being bought by another, or rebranding, or have department updates…and they ask for us to update the Group name users are tied to.

I'd like for StormWind, Support mostly, to be able to edit Group Names rather than having to recreate the Group from scratch.
