Congratulations Modal After Course Completion

When users finish the last lesson of a course, they’ll now see a completion banner instead of being sent back to the first lesson.

The banner includes:

• 🎉 Congratulations message

• Download Certificate button

• Browse More Courses button

If the course ends with a post-test, the banner appears after completing it.
Autoplay will only restart if the user chooses to rewatch the course.
