Daily usage reports not being delivered

We're currently looking into the ongoing issues with our daily usage reports. We've seen an increase in missed reports this year, and we're working with Pantheon to understand the root cause and explore a long-term solution.

As part of this effort, we're also gathering the missing data, sharing relevant trends, and checking if there's a way to get notified when a report fails.
