Monthly reports for Sales Reps

We're working on a new feature to help Sales Reps get a quicker snapshot of account usage.

Here’s what we’re planning to include:

• Avg. time spent comparison: last 3 months vs. current month
• Growth or drop % in engagement
• Inactive users count per account
• % of licenses unused

This will help you stay proactive with customers and catch low engagement before it becomes churn.
