More and more IT is getting phone systems handed off to us to manage. How about some classes on VoIP phone systems and POE IP Security camera systems?

    Hi @brian.cady@duke.edu ! The only VoIP we cover is Cisco Unified Communications Manager (or UCM). This is the main product touched on in the Cisco CCNP Collaboration: CLCOR, and CLICA courses.

    Nothing is currently on our roadmap for other VoIP solutions or anything related to Security Cameras, at least for now.
