Redirect to a course from notifications

Previously, when a manager assigned a course to a student, the notification included the course name but didn’t link directly to the course page. Instead, students had to manually navigate to "My Classroom" and search for it.

Now, we've improved this by making the course name in the notification a clickable link, allowing students to go directly to the course page with one click.
