Reported Spectre Record Discrepancies

Hey Rodrigo & Leticia,

Jackson and Shannon found some issues with Spectre Students in Salesforce. The reported issues are detailed below! Please take a look when you get a chance and let me know if there’s anything on my end I can do for these. Let me know if you need individual student info.

Issue 1:
I need some assistance with the below account accurately displaying students,

I'm not seeing them in there at all, I do notice that they have a different spectre name which could be part of the problem,

The spectre name is pennsauken township.

Issue 2:
The below account seems to have pulled incorrect or old data from spectre:
https://stormwindlive.lightning.force.com/lightning/r/Account/0018000001HXeVTAA1/view

The spectre registration report shows their expiration on 1/2026, but salesforce has them listed for 1/2025 in the student listing.
