Skill Assessment Scores not loading for Managers

This manager is having issues with the “Fundamentals of Coding with Python” Skill assessment.

The user Sarah took the skill assessment, but the manager Choon cannot see the scores, I’m hoping you can help me with this we’ve been emailing back and forth today.
