SW Access - License displaying incorrectly

Considering this email below, we are working on its fix:

The Account “City of Kansas City, MO” has 30 Enterprise (AAXMO-ENT) licenses. I’ve attached 29 of those licenses to users (see the attached Reg Report), yet it still shows 2 available licenses. I thought maybe there was a glitch occurring to I went through all 29 individually and removed, then re-attached the license to the user. But it still shows 2 available.
