Top bar navigation enhancement

We’re updating the top navigation bar to make things easier to find and more intuitive for both users and admins.

Here’s what’s changing:

• We’re bringing back the Skill Assessments button to the top bar so all users can access it directly, without having to go through My Classroom.

• There will now be a clear separation between user and admin views.

• The user-facing Skill Assessments button will show the list of available assessments to take.

• The admin-facing view will include the management section for Skill Assessments.

• Browse Courses and Browse Learning Paths will now be shown as separate buttons, no more dropdown, making each easier to access directly.
