Top Search Bar Breaking (+)

We've received feedback from a user regarding inconsistent behavior in the course search bar. Specifically, when searching for courses that include special characters (like "A+"), results are not appearing as expected.

What’s happening:

• Typing "A+" in the search bar brings up suggestions correctly.

• However, pressing Enter or running the full search returns “No results found,” even though the course exists.

What we’re doing:
We're updating the search functionality to better handle queries that include symbols or special characters, so users can reliably find what they’re looking for.
